Site promotion ... any ideas?

I'm hoping to get a chance to start promoting this forum soon, so ideas are very welcome.

I'm thinking that a good start would be through flyers on noticeboards at a local university (because educated people with large workloads seem to be the ones most desperate to procrastinate by doing things like writing down absurd thoughts). I don't have a lot of clout on the web as I don't happen to run any big websites, so if you're reading this and considering joining, please feel free to let others know about this forum - tweet about it if you're on Twitter! If we're lucky the Twit will hit the fan and we can start sharing ideas.
